Principal Designer
–Timzy Batra
Timzy Batra is a visionary designer and entrepreneur, known for her intuitive design sensibility and a deep appreciation for timeless elegance infused with cultural depth. With creativity embedded at the core of her being, she brings a distinctive perspective to every space she designs—where artistry meets purpose.
Formally trained with a Bachelor of Design in Fashion and advanced education from the London College of Fashion, Timzy began her professional journey under the mentorship of Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, later refining her craft at the esteemed design house Ravissant. Her portfolio includes work for some of India’s most distinguished families, including the Ambanis and Bachchans, reflecting a standard of excellence and discretion synonymous with luxury design.
An accomplished entrepreneur, Timzy expanded her creative vision beyond design by co-founding ventures in the Food & Beverage industry alongside her brother. She conceptualized and designed Amalfi in GK-II, which became one of the area’s well-known Italian restaurants.
Her commitment to meaningful design extends beyond commercial success. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Timzy actively supported local karigars by creating employment opportunities through large-scale mask production. Among these efforts, her Sikh Mask stands out as a powerful symbol of identity and inclusivity, earning a permanent place at the Smithsonian Design Museum, New York—a testament to her belief that design can create impact, preserve culture, and tell important stories.
Operations Manager
– Angad Batra
Angad Batra is an accomplished Operations Manager with a talent for effective coordination and problem-solving in the interior design industry. His expertise lies in collaborating seamlessly with contractors and vendors, handling the intricacies of liaising with tilers, electricians, plumbers, architects, and painters on behalf of clients. By managing these complex interactions, Angad ensures that clients are spared the stress and challenges of difficult conversations, making the entire process more efficient and enjoyable.
With a Bachelor of Engineering, Angad brings a wealth of technical knowledge to his role. He has established a proven track record of optimizing workflows in this fast-paced sector, ensuring that every stage of the project runs smoothly. Angad specializes in bringing stability to the often-chaotic nature of design execution, enabling creative teams to dedicate their energy to innovation while he expertly oversees delivery, budgeting, and the complete project lifecycle.

Suvneet Singh stands out as a forward-thinking strategist, committed to revolutionising the interior design landscape. Suvneet is driven by the belief that sophisticated automation can elevate daily living, making it his mission to bring joy and convenience to clients’ lives.

Design has always come naturally to me. My creative journey began in fashion design, evolved through home furnishings, and organically led me to interior design—each chapter shaping my intuitive understanding of form, texture, and space.
At Lumi Design Studio, my vision is to create homes that feel refined, luxurious, and thoughtfully curated, yet remain accessible. Every client is unique, and so is every space we design. We work closely with our clients to understand their lifestyle, personality, and aspirations, translating their brief into bespoke interiors finished with uncompromising quality and detail.
My design philosophy is rooted in the belief that design is defined by the experience and emotion it evokes, not merely by its aesthetic. Our approach is deeply personal. We believe great design begins with listening—ensuring our clients feel truly heard while we craft something meaningful, timeless, and exclusively theirs.
